Privacy policy

Data collected: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and message.

Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Messages are sent to ProAiServe by email through the provider Resend.

Your messages are sent to the AI model provider (Anthropic) solely to generate answers. ProAiServe does not store conversations.

If you explicitly agree to share your contact details during the conversation, the assistant emails ProAiServe (via Resend): name, email, company, type of organisation, need, timeline and a short summary of the exchange. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

To prevent abuse, an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for at most one hour (provider: Upstash).

Do not share sensitive information (health, bank details, passwords) with the assistant.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which measures traffic in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors. No cookie banner is therefore needed.

Contact requests and prospect details: 3 years from the last exchange.

Client data: for the duration of the business relationship, then as required by law (notably accounting).

Assistant conversations: not kept by ProAiServe.

Your data is intended for ProAiServe only. It is never sold.

Technical providers: Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI model), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (abuse prevention). Some are based in the United States; transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, email direction@proaiserve.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
